Have the same issue with my son's account. Reaction by Bungie so far: Send predefined answer, close the ticket to solved, close the follow up without reaction to solved. Let's see what will happen with the follow up to the follow up. I guess, closing without any action, but hey, maybe I get surprised positively. Would be nice, but not realistic, after my expiriences so far...

Any luck? I'm getting a reply from what seems like a copy and paste template aswell. I don't think they are actually fixing the issue? I have no problem myself using text and voice chat. I have enabled my dependant to use text and voice chat going through the KWS verification, everything is ticked but this still does not enable my dependant to use these features.

I submitted a ticket as well, and got an absolutely useless canned response with nuggets of wisdom like, "Try posting in the help forums". That's working great so far.
