Vexcalibur catalyst not dropping on Legend Node.ovrd.AVALON
Hello. Does anyone know if the quest's bugged or if I'm meant to have a particular quest active in the quest log to get the catalyst for Vexcalibur?
Have M1R Distribution Matrix IV unlocked/inserted.
But Immovable Refit, Robber Refit, and Feedback Refit aren't dropping at the end of a legend run.
What's happening / What am I doing wrong?

Whoever was fireteam leader selected the wrong difficulty You had one DNF normal -> one DNF legend -> 2 completed normals
