Cross save account switch doesn't work!
Hello, I'm having problems with cross save. At the moment my Xbox account is my main one. But actually my Steam account has always been my main one and my game progress is also saved on the Steam account. Unfortunately, I don't have the option to deactivate my Xbox account and I no longer have access to my Xbox account. Therefore, I ask you to delete my Xbox account so that I can play with my Steam account again. Thanks for your help!

Only you can remove it because it has to be authenticated. If you can’t log into it you have to contact Xbox to recover it.
