Anyone else notice after using a sword or glaives and then switching to your gun you cannot use any charged melee - specifically noticed this while on Sunbreaker and Berserker. Frenzied Blade and Throwing Hammer do not work after using swords or glaives. You can work around this bug by doing an uncharged melee - after doing that, then charged melee will work again. Either way very annoying and clearly a bug that needs fixed.
