As the title says, the Veteran's Flair transmat effect is missing. I have a legacy account from Destiny 1 and have had access to this flair since launch Destiny 2 and it has suddenly disappeared this season. Something must have broken with the way the game handles transmat effects now with the new season. Hopefully this gets seen and recognized as a bug.
