2~2.5 global reload and handling per tier (could rename to dexterity) I dislike the idea of chance based dodge. We would all just be stacking res and mob then to get a stupidly tanky average (and probably the bungies would balance around exactly that)

    I agree mobility becoming a chance evasion makes it an inverted damage glitch. And those arent fun. Just randomly not taking damage would feel annoying to lose a gun fight to. Especially in destiny 2 sandbox But making it just be a normal reload / handling boost would make it useless on high handling weapons and doesnt really pull mobility towards any relevance. Ability endlag reduction would allow not only relevance for mobility but also a way to balance the current sand box depending on what the current endlag is set to. Giving titans huge amounts of end lag wouldnt change their current playstyle and would give it an excuse to be as good as they are currently
