Maybe speed casting, but i know that speeding up some animations can get out of hand so maybe just decreasing end lag of abilities. I got the idea when i noticed how many strand abilities from all classes have a ridiculous amount of endlag. They may have already had my idea long ago since i do recall last year them mentioning a mobility rework in development.
