Treasure Laden Combatant Spawn Rate
Requiring 12 treasure laden combatants for a triumph doesn't feel good when the activity takes between 12 to 15 minutes to complete. 20 salvages in a row and no treasure laden combatant feels extremely unrewarding. Triumphs that focus on rng luck based spawns with such low numbers do not feel rewarding or triumphant, and leaving activities early should not be incentivized behavior
