This is a known fault. Some users have found that pressing the 'return' key instead of clicking the button works. Could you try that?
Also, there is no way to contact Bungie. This forum is the correct place to report such issues and get help.

i have tried this , i even tried a nother phone number with another cell phone , same issue .
