[b]Platform:[/b] Ps4 [b]Issue:[/b] Grenades don't recharge faster if I have an overshield and "Offensive Bulwark" equipped. [b]Repro Steps: [/b]I place my barricade so I gain an overshield and then I throw my Vortex Grenade and wait for it to recharge. [b]Actual Result:[/b] It takes a lot of time to recharge not the 7 seconds or what I was used to. [b]Expected Result:[/b] the Grenade should reload way faster so I could spam it multiple Times before the overshield ends.
