Scorpius Turret visibility bug
PLATFORM: Steam
SYSTEM INFO:

ISP Provider/Speed (upload/download) / Connection Type (LAN or wireless): AT&T/ 1.23 Mbps download, 0.32 Mbps upload/ Ethernet connection

ISSUE: Scorpius Turrets do not have a bullet trail/ tracers when firing.
REPRO STEPS: Load up the Arms dealer strike/ Nightfall and find a Scorpius Turret.
ACTUAL RESULT: Scorpius Turrets do not have tracer rounds/ bullet trails when firing.
EXPECTED RESULT: I should be able to see red tracer/ bullets flying at me/ my teammates.
