I tried jumping into a match of Crucible a few days ago to test a build with Verity's Brow but upon getting matching element kills, I wasn't acquiring any stacks of Death Throes. I'm not sure if this bug is exclusive to Crucible or if it also bleeds into Gambit as well. Checked the known issues page and didn't see any mention so I just wanted to put it on the radar!
