Cross Save issue! Please help.
Hey there guardians! Just needing some help, maybe with directions or how to contact bungie about it. So i got cross save set up on my PS account (brought it over to Xbox), though the account i have for the Xbox side of things got hacked and permanently deleted.
Im trying to get my characters back on my Xbox through the cross save method, yet it wont let me delete the Xbox account saved it to. It just gives me an error screen even though Ive logged into the Xbox account to verify it.
Please help! I would love to have all my content on my new Xbox! Much appreciated. Thank you.

Hello there[url=https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/902560216871239752/978300950097842206/giphy.gif],[/url] In order to unlink an account, you first have to disable cross save and/or unlink accounts, you must be able to authenticate the accounts. Bungie cannot forcibly de-link them. [b]I would suggest contacting the platform concerning recovering the platform account.[/b] If you are unable to gain access to your account, then you will not be able to deactivate cross save or unlink it from your current Bungie.net profile.
