When WQ launched the servers didn't die. So much for "they always crash".
English
-
WQ had tons of issues on release. They most certainly took the servers down for emergency maintenance. It deleted a bunch of people's accounts when they logged in it started game like a new load. Don't try to act like the game is all good. It is a hot mess and this DLC will be the same as the last 3.
-
If this past year had been as solid as the WQ release I’d have more faith. But each season has had more and more issues and server instability. 1 good rollout does not a pattern make.
-
Still doesn't change the fact that saying all expansions launched with issues is incorrect.
-
PS4 update going out late meant the biggest playerbase only got online 8-10 hours after release, that's when the queues hit. This time everyone will be downloaded & CMS are saying expect queues
-
And you are changing the subject.

Being that literal is a strong pointer to autism ;) do the self assessment online
-
The topic was "each expansion launched with a crash" which isn't true. And I don't care about your turnip recipes

-
I also don't care about what sort of cheese you like. If you can't stick to the topic then you're not worth talking to.
-
The game has become considerably less stable since WQ. Removing blues crashed the entire game.
-
Removing blues didn't crash the game, something else did... My point still stands. WQ as an expansion launched smoothly, people that pretend otherwise are just lying
-
The fact that you think it was something else, but can't name it says it all. It doesn't change the fact that the game has become considerably less stable since WQ, which means all bets are off for Lightfall.
-
I know what crashed the game and everyone else that has an interest in the game knows it as well. It was human error as some re-ran an old state migration process. Only you don't know it which doesn't prevent you from posting nonsense. And now stop embarrassing yourself.

Bearbeitet von jaguar_god33: 2/27/2023 3:41:32 PMSo we are supposed to believe it because bungie said it? Sort of like they said they didn't secretly implement SBMM, or they didn't secretly slow XP gains after publicly reducing the amount of XP required to level up, or that Eververse would go toward funding ongoing content? Sort of like they sat silent for all those years while players blamed all of the game's problems on Activision, and now that Activision is gone, those problems have only gotten worse? Okay
-
You are talking like a flat earther. Literally, they explained what had perspired and you go "nO, I kNoW bEtTeR".
-
I'm not saying I know better. I am saying I no longer take anything that Bungie says at face value, because they have a history of being dishonest with the community.
-
Well, you literally just said you knew better. Are you sure you weren't featured in one of Goldfinger's videos?
-
If it wasn't the removal of blues, then why did they restore the game after the crash with blues still dropping (in the form of increased legendaries)? Why didn't they just undo what supposedly caused the crash and leave all of the other changes intact?
-
Again, you don't even know what you are talking about and what routines they are running when applying patches but you know better. You are definitely Goldfinger video material.
-
Again, if it was not the patch, but an inadvertent action not related to the patch that caused the crash, why didn't they restore and then redeploy the patch as planned? The BDF is strong in this one.
-
How do you know that's not a routine that's applied with every patch?
-
So it is a routine that's applied with every patch, but it just happened to crash the game this time? So in other words, it was something about removing blues that caused an imbedded routine to cause a fatal error? So in other words, it was the removal of blues that caused the crash?
-
Again, it was human error. Accidentally they ran an older process which in the first place messed up titles and catalysts.
-
And yet you still can't answer why, if the error had nothing to do with the patch, why the patch was not re-applied.
-
Can you quote where I said that?
