Missing DLCs
Good evening,
I come to speak to you regarding the loss of the DLCs ("Forsaken", "Shadowkeep" and "The Witch Queen") when I switched my Playstation account to PC. I had already purchased these DLCs a while ago on PS4, and when I switched to Epic Games I did not have them on PC.
Would it be possible for you to explain to me the procedure to follow so that you can add them to me please?

You bought licenses from Sony. Why would you expect Epic to give you the licenses for free?
