Just a quick suggestion but one I'd love to see; Update Rasputin's Arsenal to also refill magazine on destroying or collecting a Warmind Cell. Combat loop for Warmind Cells would benefit greatly from it, and might nudge some new players and everyone else back towards those mods. Its still a pretty satisfying way to play, especially now with Voltshot and Incandescent Ikelos weapons.
