Hi,
First of all, I love Destiny 2. I think it's one, if not the best First Person Shooter when it comes to gunplay and gameplay. I have spent literally hundreds of Euros on the game, because I love it. But right now, I'm very desprerate: Like many others, I didn't get the most recent Prime Gaming rewards, although it says that they were redeemed successfully on my Bungie Inc. account. This was on October 28th 2022. Also, I have no idea if it will work again in the future.
I tried to open a support ticket, although I know, that there is no appropriate support offered by Bungie. But I had to try nonetheless. After two days of silence, the ticket was marked as solved with the following answer:
"Many cosmetic items acquired through a Bright Engram or purchased using Bright Dust can be reacquired using the appropriate Collection in the character inventory screens. Bungie does not restore items that have been intentionally or accidentally deleted from a player’s account."
You see, their answer doesn't even acknowledge my issue. So, I tried to get more into detail and told them that I already tried everything. Neither their support articles, nor the support forum provided me with a definitive solution. So I updated my support ticket, but got the same answer again and the ticket was closed again.
Dear Bungie, if you really appreciate your customers and fans in any way, please, give them the kind of support they require. Not every problem is solvable by the community. Thank you very much!

I don't even know, if my link will work in the future again, even though it is listed as linked in my settings. But what does that mean anyway, since it didn't work the last time after all.
