See the 18 second video clip for an example, the balance is staggering.
Both of these supers require reaching melee range distance for a OHKO on cast, both supers are roaming, both can teleport, and yet one has greater attack range, faster ttk for super attacks, greater damage resistance, and greater cast damage output.....and this is the same old story compared to most supers.
I know Nova Warp initially launched too hot, but it's time to revive it from the depths of the nerf graveyard. Devour on KOs does not matter in its current state for pvp use because it is just too slow, deals too low damage, has too little range, and lasts for too little time. Please adjust it a little bit to keep up with the current sandbox.
And as a sidenote, HandHeld SuperNova should be able OHKO, at minimum, while using Contraverse Hold or some other way of building into it. Peregrine Greaves enables titan shoulder charge OHKO, striker titan Knockout enables OHKO melees especially with Synthoceps, and hunter Weighted Throwing Knife already OHKOs on a crit PLUS refunds itself with zero exotic requirement, so don't waste time claiming it would not be fair when these things already exist in the other classes as MELEE options - not even requiring a grenade like for HHSN. Warlock currently has one OHKO ability in the form of Lightning Surge on Stormcaller, and that only works on players that are grouped up tightly - niche like Ballistic Slam team wipes. The point of course though, is that warlocks are behind the other classes in terms of OHKO abilities, and that ought to be remedied for better balance.

4 AntwortenDon’t pop it close range unless the enemy is weak. The kill range on the activation blast is smaller than the initial. It also looks like you lost 100% because you both had the same idea. Nova warp beats trance 9x out of 10 otherwise. If you’re getting killed trying to activate too often, blink then activate and drop like a stone. Catches tons of people off guard in 6’s. Nova Warp (in my opinion) is top tier for 6’s. High mobility, fast kills on grouped opponents. Astrocyte just makes it a menace. As for HHSN, it definitely needs a buff along with chaos accelerant in general…
