Vox Obscura Master
Completed the master opened the chest and did not update under the seal. Its not showing I completed it or got the tank master triumph but I got the exotic sparrow.

Opening the chest doesn’t end the mission. You have to wait for the final dialogue to play out before the mission is over. Wait for the ending countdown.
