got banned from pvp(no way) as it was written in the letter "unstable Internet connection", although the provider did not change and everything was always fine.
however, that day I got caught by a streamer who, after a poop, said "I will make you banned" and on the same day I was banned
but the problem is not only that
the ban was for 2 weeks
2 weeks have passed since the ban 2 days ago
, but I have not been unban
, so I would like to know how long the ban will last

You are restricted. Restrictions will be placed on accounts where the player has been experiencing poor network conditions. This policy is in place to stop these players from ruining the game for other players. The first restriction lasts for 2 weeks then if things do not improve, you will be restricted for 2 months.
