You are restricted.
Restrictions will be placed on accounts where the player has been experiencing poor network conditions. This policy is in place to stop these players from ruining the game for other players.
The first restriction lasts for 2 weeks then if things do not improve, you will be restricted for 2 months. For full information regarding bans and restrictions, check out the below link.

even if so , why can some streamer "limit" me (2.70Kd in Osiris), simply because he lost right after an hour and a half after that rink, a restriction flew to me where "network connection" is specified although the effect is always at the maximum and everyone I played with said that I did not lag , even the clip was made and searched everything was finethat is, you can't help with this in any way? and I just won't be able to play pvp for a whole month

You get restricted for a consistent bad connection, not because you pissed off some streamer.

I say this because this is not the first time someone even wrote to the forum after which I and my whole pack received a restriction , the Internet could not influence it because everything was always good because there was not even evidence
