Hello there,
If your Bungie Name has been changed to "Guardian####", that indicates that some part of the name broke the Code of Conduct, and can no longer be used.
Unfortunately at this time we are only able to change our Bungie Names once, regardless of if it was intentional, a typo, act of siblings, pets, or other errors… one shot is all we have. If the system is not allowing more changes, there is no way to override it.
Please see https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/7648312251284-Bungie-Name-Guide for more information.
Currently, Bungie has not announced any plans for a second change. Bungie has not made any announcements of plans to allow further name changes.

That's a nice copy and paste answer that I've been seeing everywhere; but as I said in the post, I never changed my name or went against code of conduct. This is completely on Bungie for whatever dumb reason. You tell me what's wromg with xCinnabar and I'll drop it. Until then, Bungie messed up and has no way to rectify it.

Unfortunately, the autofilter disagrees. That name will not be able to be used. I am not privy to what the filter is looking for specifically nor is that information public. At this time, that name cannot be used, if you still have a name change available you are welcome to select something else, if your one name change has been spent then, you will have to wait and see if Bungie allows for a 2nd name change in the future.
