So I went through hell the other day when I was on my first ever solo flawless dungeon run. Got to the final encounter and I was so hyped to complete it. I had a very safe plan to kill the boss, which I was executing very well up until he reached around half HP. Then I think it was when I picked up a scorch cannon, it didn't take me into 3rd person, and then my hud disappeared for all of my weapons. I was unable to heal from dodging / lament. I was unable to pick up stacks of Riches to complete the encounter. I was fully locked out of beating the boss. I tried to fix it for around 2 hours. All whilst not dying and wiping. I tried every possible thing except for returning to orbit, which I ended up using as a last resort. There was nothing online saying that returning to orbit while still maintaining the same fireteam and not dying would ruin the flawless but alas, the run did not count. I came back, beat the boss, no deaths, all alone. Am I eligible for the rewards if I provide adequate proof? I don't have the whole thing recorded but I took a 30 second clip after every encounter, and also a clip of the exact moment I returned to orbit. ( I was very angry in said clip...) Is there a way to prove the legitimacy of the run using the dungeon finder link that I sent? Like is there any record of the dungeon attempt before the checkpoint? Ya know, to prove that I was the one who actually got to the encounter, also without dying? I really don't want to have to go through this again to complete this challenge, any suggestions are appreciated.
