Do you have a Heavy GL equipped? Equipping a different heavy weapon should fix your Light Level.
Heavy GLs were disabled recently for doing more damage than intended. [quote]Due to Heavy Grenade Launchers doing more damage than intended, all non-sunset Heavy Grenade Launchers have been disabled, excluding:

Ah yes i might of still had Anarchy on which might explain the power level, but still unsure why i spawn in alone each time ?

There may be a networking issue occurring if you are loading into empty normal Wellspring lobbies. Master Wellspring will load you alone because matchmaking is off.
