Cross Game Content
I have an emblem in my PlayStation account but I want to transfer it over to my PC account.
Any possible way to do so? Im not really informative of Cross-Play and all that jazz.

No, nothing can be transferred from one account or platform to another. Cross save does not transfer anything, it only allows you to access the characters and gear from one platform on other platforms while cross save is active. If you were to turn on cross save between PS and PC, with PS as your primary account, you would be able to use that emblem while playing on PC, but you would also be using your PS characters, and all your PC characters and gear would be inaccessible.
