Missing Vow Day one emblem
Hello there fellow guardians,
The Destiny Community manager Liana Rupert told me to submit a ticket for the missing vow day one emblem which I qualified to get by completing the WHOLE raid within the 48 hour window (proof provided https://raid.report/xb/4611686018455534505 ) which was never awarded yet my other fireteam members did get theirs, which is very infuriating. For those of you who may ask, yes I have checked my collections, triumphs and postmaster pretty much everyday for the past month, with no luck

However upon trying to select the missing emblem from the drop down bar, there is only options for
-Bungie Foundation
-Bungie Bounty
-Outstanding artists
-Movie of the Week
-Fashion show
-Bungie Store orders
There is not an option for missing Day one emblems and below this there is a declaration to which you have to agree which states:
"By checking this box, I declare that I am the person missing the emblem in question, that I meet the qualifications for the emblem, that I am not submitting a false claim or a claim on behalf of another person, and that I understand that I may receive an in-game ban and other consequences for submitting a false claim."
Therefore, I don't want to get banned for applying for the wrong emblem, but there is no option for missing raid emblems. This is all becoming quite frustrating and I know im not the only one out here with this issue however despite numerous posts on the forums, reddit and twitter, Bungie hasn't really responded to any. So What im asking for I guess is some clarity and any/all assistance on how to submit a missing emblem ticket properly so as to finally receive some sort of support in this matter.

Bearbeitet von Yash: 5/17/2022 6:55:16 PMLooking at the raid reports it looks like you made attempts with multiple teams, stuck with one of them for a long time and also had a boss clear with a team. I suspect you may have missed one of the encounters. The boss clear during the challenge was not sufficient for the emblem. To get the emblem you had to finish all of the different encounters during the challenge. That is the way the day-1 emblems have always been.
