Deadfall is considered a movement ability similar to Icarus Dash and Shatterdive, therefore it will not activate melee based mods despite using a melee charge.

Sure on the technical side it's a movement ability, but the invisibility duration, weaken duration and radius are all improved over base smoke bomb. It feels like the intent is to encourage Quickfall use over smoke bombs as a use of your melee ability, rather than just as a convenient mobility tool.

That's good info, but ridiculous for the purposes of buildcrafting on bungies part. Hopefully, they'll address this.
