please help: transferring d1 ps3 characters to d2 ps4 (details in body)
hi i'll try to keep this short.
i have a d1 ps3 account that has met the requirements for the migration that happened in 2017.
yesterday i loaded up d2 on a ps4 using the same psn and i got a veteran cutscene at first but then was asked to make new characters.
i read around and i found that i must first import my ps3 d1 characters to a ps4 d1 copy. i imported my characters to d1 ps4 but they still didn't appear in d2 ps4.
i figured that maybe i need to retrigger that initial cutscene and from there i will be given a chance to migrate my characters but i am not sure if it will work.
any idea on what is going on or if it is possible for me at this point to migrate the characters?

1 AntwortenSorry but can not happen. Your characters to transfer to D2 (only face, gender and race settings and maybe some emblems if you earned them... NO EQUIPMENT IS TRANSFERED) had to.. Be on the PS4 or XB1. Be using the same account. Have completed the base D1 campaign. All before the end of July 2017 when those characters were copied for use in D2 and any progress after that date no longer counts. You are too late to use them even if you transfered them to the PS4 version of D1 now. Your only option is to create new characters.
