Destiny 2 +1 Season is unclear about the "+1 Season" part. What exactly did I buy and where can I collect it? None of the seasons are currently available to me, but there's a season currently on that I can't access.
I purchased it Dec 12, as evidenced in the attached image. That would make the current season the Season of the Lost (Aug 24, 2021 - Feb 22, 2022), and I have the artifact and No Time To Explain, but no access to any Season of the Lost activities nor the season pass rewards track. So...did I just pay for a fraction of a season pass?

Did you purchase it before you enabled Cross Save? You appear to have a couple hours of playtime on your Steam character around that time, but you're now using your PlayStation characters via Cross Save. Season Passes are bound to the first set of characters that log in after purchase. This allows them to move across platforms with your characters unlike licensed DLC. However, because of this, it's recommended to enable Cross Save the way you want it before buying any Season Passes, otherwise, you might apply them to the wrong characters. If you made the purchase on Steam, logged into your Steam character, and then enabled Cross Save with your PlayStation characters after that, you tied the Season Pass to your Steam character and then made it dormant and inaccessible. Season Passes cannot be transferred to another set of characters or refunded, so you would have to purchase it separately for 1000 Silver.
