Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. I am on the West Coast and took these tests from my laptop which is connected to my internet via ethernet cable. I have my PS5 also connected with a ethernet cable as well. Here is the Imgur album: https://imgur.com/a/NTfwm5z I live in a 4 person household and there are currently 11 devices connected to my network. The bummer thing is I believe the whole cause of this restriction came from my dish being poorly oriented with the tower, leading to excessive packet loss and jitter. It was bad from the end of June and only got fixed mid-November after I received my two-month restriction. It's just unfortunate because that's two strikes against me already and I'm terrified of receiving the third and final one. Again, thank you for your help. :)

A big part of your problem is running 11 different devices while only having 3 mb upload. That doesn’t leave any room for variance.
-
I'll look into that. I have the capability to enable device prioritization if that would help things. Of my connected devices, 5 are phones/ipads, 2 are laptops, 1 is a mac, and the remaining items are a sleeping Nintendo Switch, smart TV, a speaker(?), and an Apple time capsule. It shouldn't be too hard to disconnect/change connection options for some of these, but how much effect do sleeping devices have on a network?
-
Are you using satellite to game?
-
No, I am using fixed wireless internet. I receive signals by using a dish which is linked to a radio tower on a hill.

Bearbeitet von megatron1984: 12/29/2021 4:12:36 PMThat right there could be your issue. Also Bungie doesn't issue permanent bans on poor internet anymore.
-
Believe me, if I could change to literally any other ISP, I would. Starlink is supposed to be in my area by the end of this year, but I'm not sure how much it'll improve my current setup. Also, could you elaborate more on the no permanent bans for poor internet? I was always told it was two weeks, two months, then you're done.
-
Bungie dropped the permanent ban on poor internet connection when beyond light released. So if your connection doesn't improve you will get another two months.
-
Well, that definitely takes some more stress off of this whole thing. Still makes me worried though as I don't want to miss out on seasonal triumphs and such. It's why I got the two months in the first place. I swore off crucible so I didn't harm others and decided working towards my gambit ornament was a better course of action that (if I didn't go crazy with invading and stuck to add-clear) would allow me to be fine. 20 games and 6 days later though the second restriction occurred.

I will let other more qualified than myself explain the screenshot results. I will however say your UP for 4 people and all those devices are one of your problems.
-
Alright, I understand. I can turn on device prioritization for my PS5 console if that’ll make a good difference. Thank you for your help regardless though, I appreciate it.

Yeah that jitter and ping is atrocious
