I play bottom tree arc titan and the knockout passive boosts damage if I wound/break shields. I run insurmountable skullfort and normally if I kill an enemy while knockout is active I get my melee back. (Unlimited melee on lower enemies for infinite laughs) Now, since 30th anniversary or Dawning, not sure which cause I just noticed, it’s not doing that anymore. Was there a patch I missed or is it just not working? Either way, please bring it back Bungie, it was completely useless in PvP and made PvE so much more fun.
