So I've come across this issue where I am unable to have access to the past seasons although I purchased the [u]Destiny 2: Beyond Light Deluxe Edition. [/u] This issue came to be yesterday upon completing my purchase. As you can see in the images linked, my Steam account recognizes that I have the licenses for the items that I redeemed, Cross Save recognizes that I have the DLCs enabled onto my steam account, and Steam recognizes the DLCs in my library. However, despite the clear evidence that I own these DLCs, I have been unable to actually FULLY access them in-game. After making my purchase and entering the game, I was prompted to go to the tower to acquire the [u]Any Other Sky Exotic Sparrow[/u] as well as the [u]Freeze Tag Exotic Emote[/u]. These items I have access to and have used them in game upon acquiring them. The issue that arises for me is I am NOT allowed access to any of the past seasons i.e. Season 12, 13, 14. This is very upsetting to me as the whole main reason I purchased the Deluxe Edition was to be able to access some Exotic quests like the Dead Man's Tale questline or the Hawkmoon questline. For instance, when I try to obtain the Dead Man's Tale questline from Zavala in the tower it tells me that it requires Season 13, which being that I purchased the Deluxe Edition, I should have. When I try to click on the quest it prompts me to buy the Deluxe Edition, if I proceed through Steam it tells me "You already own this content, are you sure you would like to purchase?" I submitted a Help Ticket through Bungie's website and I was told to acquire the content through the cryptarch which I obviously already did to get the sparrow and the emote. Prior to purchasing the Deluxe Edition and the DLCs listed, I was playing the game with the expansions on Xbox game pass to get back into the game to make my decision to buy expansions and continue playing or not. I had access to all of the same things other than the sparrow and the emote when I was on game pass. tl;dr I bought Destiny 2: Beyond Light Deluxe Edition but was not allowed access to some of the content involved in the purchase. Essentially, I paid to get an emote and sparrow and to play the same content I was already enabled to play through Xbox Game pass.
