Tortured Abomination Not Appearing
I only have 4 Thiumphs left in the Tangled Shore, 3 of them are about the Legend/Master ¨The Empty Tank¨ Lost Sector.
The 4th one is about killing a [b]Wanted[/b] enemy called ¨The Tortured Abomination¨, its supposed to spawn in a Cryo-Pod in the Four-Horn Gulch area (Public Event).
Problem is, it never ever spawns.
I've played D2 for a many times since Season 4 when the Tangled Shore came to the game, never ever seen the Tortured Abomination.
Is it glitched? or is it just extremely rare?

Had him spawn literally last week when I loaded into the area. I’ve never been able to force his spawn honestly but he’s definitely been there
