Bought legendary edition, cannot access season 12 content
Good afternoon,
I have looked all over the site for a place to get specific support, however, I was unable to find a support email address, hence this post:
I have bought legendary edition/beyond light with 1 season ([url=https://drive.google.com/file/d/17uUV7ErNpHQ8BHdKptHbJIj5eHawJ3S6/view?usp=sharing]image of dlc owned[/url]), however, I cannot access the duality shotgun or any beyond light content at the moment, as it says I have to buy the deluxe beyond light to carry on with the campaign.
Can someone please check this, as I thought I would have season 12 in the beyond light purchase (in fact received the frozen emote and sparrow etc, even a ticuus bow as a random drop, but cannot access anything in-game that is season 12 it appears. Anytime I try to access, for example, duality in the exotics temple, or the beyond light campaign ( [url=https://drive.google.com/file/d/18OWd0sKSWimMA2Rq7r_qZYfEMBQIeqD0/view?usp=sharing]image of beyond light campaign i cannot access[/url]) I get the message here:

I even bought another season to enable the season content, and while I got access to more rewards, still cannot access beyond light specifics (I do have access to status as well oddly): I am on PC and game with steam.

The Node next to it is an ad for the Beyond Light Deluxe edition. As far as Seasonal content. You would have received a single Season Pass unlock during login after you first purchased it; based on your gameplay history, you were doing several of the battlegrounds back in mid to late Feb which would imply that's when your Season Pass was applied unless you bought it manually at that point. I also see that you replied to someone about the Wrathborn hunts; that was Season 12 content, which was the Season prior to the one that you appear to have unlocked. The only way for you to access that continuing content is to purchase the Beyond Light Deluxe upgrade, which will give you access to all of the previous season's continuing content that is still available in the game at this time.

when did you purchase? you will gain the +1 season for whichever season is active. if you bought it during this season then you will have access to only season 14.to gain access to past season now you will need to purchase the beyond light deluxe edition which grants access to all 4 seasons.
