Some weapons are limited in ammo and some mods end up not accumulating. It's not a bug.

Are you a bungie person or just a random dude?
-
I'm just a person trying to inform, help or interact with other people on this forum. Any problem? Haha. Bungie people can be easily identified as they have a "different profile".
-
I see, thank you. Is there a bungie source that identifies which weapon types have this distinction? I can observe what you said occurring already, but that does not prove it is or is not a bug, hence why I am posting it here. Not being sassy toward you, it's just that it's internet, and without an official source, then it remains unverified.

Bearbeitet von Seki: 6/16/2021 11:16:54 PMThis is not about types but about individual weapons. Last time I checked (2 seasons ago), Wardcliff coil, Lord of wolves and Eyes of tomorrow would not increase reserves from mods and Voices would only benefit from 1 mod. Noteworthy: All of the listed are exotics. Every legendary RL, fusion rifle and shotgun will see an increase in reserves when using the respective mods. And no, Bungie do not tell us about these things. Otherwise I would very much like to know why machine guns lose (sometimes gain back) reserves when increasing (double increasing) their mag(!)-size

As far as we are aware it’s not a bug. It’s likely capped for balancing so that you can’t just only stack reserves and get tons of ammo

Unfortunately, I don't have the source and I don't think there is any list, I think you can find something about some mods not having the desired effect if used more than once.
