Just out of curiousity, how comes Swords special attacks do not passively Recharge when they've been stowed? Is this intentional? Because I feel like this wouldn't really break the game if a sword were to regenerate energy whilst being stowed. At the very least it would be a good idea to have a sword related Exotic armour perk that regenerates energy when stowed and has some sort of DMG mitigation/other useful sword related perk.
