PvP feels like a mess right now with Iron Banner being even more so. I can't walk straight without getting slapped by a Felwinters or an Igneous Hammer. God forbid I enter a long sightline I get a hole put in my forehead by Dead Mans Tale. Any suggestions for weapons that are actually performing well in PvP that aren't what listed above? Thank you all for your time.

Based on my personal experience, Chroma Rush is pretty good with a fusion rifle and a machine gun. The MG is a good counter to shotgun rushers. But I can't really speak for everyone else.

Bearbeitet von Rabid Tick: 6/9/2021 9:53:42 PMThe fools remedy sidearm is very nice if you get a good roll. 260rpm scouts are very viable especially if you have full auto and either opening shot or moving target. Auto rifles are not bad.. but you do have to play to said weapon to have a good chance against a hand cannon. Fusions are fun.. but once again.. a lot of pre firing and hope you hit before the shotgun does. (Not better, but rewarding once you get the hang of it) Full auto weapons are helpful(scout/side arm). They gain aim assist if you commit to the trigger. Some smg’s are still really good. Ikelos as an example. Very helpful to have high cal rounds for flinch. Aim under the chin or at body mass with an automatic weapon. The other players flinch will keep you on target. Regardless... if you do not have cover or fo not use your abilities preemptively against a target.. you are going to have a rough time.

If your talking Comp or IB absolutely nothing unless your extremely capable. I never use hc/shotgun because I’d rather learn how to play skillful instead of using weapons you literally don’t have to aim and take zero skill to use. I run pulse/grenade launcher, fusion or sidearm depending on the map. You have to be extremely mindful because players will do nothing but run laps with shotgun and contrary to what they say shotguns are not easy to counter anymore unless your really good at pre firing a fusion. If you are be prepared to get hate messages calling you a noob for using a fusion🤦🏻♂️😂. It takes far more skill than running laps with shotgun. Pulses can compete with hc’s if you get the first shot in and don’t miss the head. Hc’s have a hitbox that is literally the entire upper body counts as a crit. Scouts are useless unless you have exceptional aim at long distance otherwise a 120 hc will beat you at long range every time. Jotunn is a good choice on medium maps. Plug one fusion or one of the other precision frame fusions are good. Having a vorpal sidearm or smg is also useful for shutting down supers. Good luck!

slow pulse , rapid fire pulse , 150 scout if you can use them , a lot of primary if you hit your shots , for specials fusions are good, if you play with controller sniper still are a easy option and gl are fun

Making it worse, dmt is 120 hc disguised as a scout. Boring ass meta. All the hc user say its the most balanced its ever been. Tell them to look at trials stats. When it matters, its all hc.

Pulses and SMGs are good. Fusions if you like to voop. Couple of autos like Chroma Rush are good. Trace Rifles work well too now with the mods. Won’t see a lot of them probably because people think only HCs and Shotguns take skill and everything else doesn’t. 🤷🏼♂️

Anything.... if you are capable of understanding its effective range and counters, and positioning yourself in positions that play around these things.

Prometheus Lens and Wavesplitter are in the meta. Chroma Rush along side Griddskipper. Praedyth's Revenge and Bastion. If I'm correct The Messenger might still be meta. Then Shayura's Wrath.
All I rememberor know that's meta, there is definitelymore but I don't know those.
Loving VoC in PvP. Seriously underrated.
