What were all thinking

So I’ve been debating myself whether too post a legit feedback on Destiny’s current PVP ongoing issues. Everybody’s opinion is half generated and half explained outta fear of being called out for not “adapting” or “evolving” which in this arena translates to join the stasis cult(Titan or Hunter). At the expense of being called out outta disagreement I’ll say what’s on everyone’s minds: Destiny team/Bungie has failed its entire community. As a year one player I dealt with the buff and nerf of fan favs like Suros Regime to Plan C’s ridiculous sniping range. I’m sure some of us remember the Vex Mythoclast’s one week of fame. But never encountered an issue so disappointing as the entire disregard of day one and new costumers(cause at the end of the day that’s what we are). Let me elaborate. The PVP aspect promises a competitive aspect and edge that other games lack, and for the beginning this was true, as we’ve began a new chapter with D2, there’s been hit and missed marks, and the team once seem interested in attempting to fix this issues. Beyond Light is the downfall of Destiny as new costumers engaged in this promise; the stasis subclass was the new promise into bringing balance to the game but now it’s the foundation of the PVP world and it just won’t work. The reason it won’t work is because when the character’s main power source(subclass) becomes disposable, the whole frame shatters. Now we’ve entered a critical point where the whole character(warlocks) have become disposable and replaceable. Void walker- Dawnblade-Stormcaller and even Stasis are trash. Garbage. Warlocks have had the worse power displacement since D2 began, but since the release of stasis it seems like the warlocks have become useless like a Haakons Hatchet. Doubt you’ll remember that treasure of a weapon. And warlocks haven’t been the only victims. The hunter’s Gunslinger and Arcstrider and the Titans subclasses other than stasis are on the same path of decline. The subclass perks, armor perks, weapon matching and ability variety(grenades-melees-supers) are trash specially in the Warlock’s corner. Hunter stasis carries 3 disabling abilities, 2 slowing/impairing moves, higher total level perks, and higher jumps/faster character movement encroached in one character. The point is that at this rate people who enjoy destroying other players in PvP will get bored, and people on the receiving end will start moving on from the ridiculous gap Bungie have brought upon themselves. The content exists and is there. The potential is there. The opportunities are there. The platform is there. So what’s taking these people so long to realize that what the costumers are asking is balance and full access to its content. It’s become unenjoyable and frustrating trying to keep up with the so called “ever-evolving” PvP subclasses without elevating the previous ones to the same stature. After all, light always perseveres right? To conclude this “rant” I have low hopes for D2 making a comeback as a contender in the gaming world and it seems like the people behind the curtain have given up hope as well and have kept releasing recyclable content to avoid backlash and they’ll keep milking it until the last player logs out. It could be cause of new projects or they’ve made enough f-you money. With that being said F Bungie. I’ll put my last hope and money into your next expansion but unfortunately thousands have already made the decision not to. More will come to follow if you don’t bring balance into this platform that we’ve all came together to support. I fear it might be too late.
