Xur not accepting Exotic Cipher
I have a number of exotic ciphers (1 in inventory, 1 in last season's pass, 1 in this season's pass) and no way to spend them. Xur does not have an option to exchange them for exotics. I only need one exotic kiosk in the tower, but still need raid spoils.
Is this normal or am I missing something?
