PLEASE HELP ON SILVER SYNC PENDING ISSUE (XBOX)

I already have two different ticket ID (71763 & 73153). I sent all the information that Bungie is asking on the silver missing form. I provided all the purchasing history. However supports team stop responding on my email although my problem has not been solved. I am playing Destiny 2 on Xbox series X. I purchased Destiny 2: Season of the Chosen Silver Bundle and 500 silver through web browser. (FYI I have only one MS account and this is same account that I am playing Destiny) As you know this bundle comes with emote and 1700 silver. I got the emote but I was not able to get silver. I think, the reason that I was not able to get silver was due to silver sync pending issue. I already referred Troubleshooting section for missing Silver and syncing issues. I repeated troubleshooting multiple times but there is still silver sync pending problem. I even deleted entire Destiny Game and re-installed but never solved the problem.
