i don't know anything really, about ancient cultures, but greek seems to be the most civilized in an age with plenty of room for discovery and invention
btw, african civilizations get overlooked a whole lot, im pretty sure the richest man to ever live ruled there
outside of this poll id choose japanese cuz I'm a weeb.
idk if this counts but native american tribes would have been a good life.

He was quite an interesting figure, and apparently the value of gold was lowered for a few decades in Egypt because of how much he spent there. I complete agree with you, African civilizations are overn overlooked compared to many others, and I would love to learn more about some of the history of these civilizations.
