I have proof that I purchased it in my bank app, and it says I claimed the reward, but there's no sort of purchase history in the Bungie store and I never got a confirmation email or anything saying I bought it. Can't even call or email bungie themselves because they apparently don't actually have any direct way to contact support. Think I should just dispute this at my bank? Kinda seems like they just took $71 from me
