I was streaming my whole ordeal, attempting a solo flawless run of the Prophecy dungeon. Here, at the 57:12 mark I dunk motes on the correct side of the room. I double check that it was correct, then retreat to the center of the room. At the 57:40 mark I get lifted up and just bump the cube in the middle, and drop back down. It's not the end of the world, but it did cost me my flawless run there. It's sad that this has happened randomly to me previously, too. Earlier instances I had my sword out while being lifted up, and assumed it had something to do with being in third person.
