Initially I thought I wasn't finding the correct Toland but after two weeks of finding Toland in the Ascendant Challenge as well as the Shattered Throne dungeon on all 3 of my characters I have not had this bounty complete once. None of my friends have managed to get it to complete either. Normally a single bounty not completing wouldn't bother me but it drops a reprised dreaming city engram so I thought I'd bring attention to it. Thanks in advance, Trauger P.S.
