Prophecy Dungeon is not the same?

tuesday the 9th in the evening we ran Prophecy with a new person. it was fun with the fixes, & we were able to get them their first clear. fast forward to today, where things were MUCH different, since the background maintenance that was done recently. the psions are back to spawning frequently, the knights teleport from across the room & insta-kill you. the motes are very difficult to pick up, & still occasionally fall thru the floor & aren't reachable. in the cube room, one on the fireteam got teleported outside the space; he couldn't get to us & we couldn't even see his name until he killed himself, & then it still took some time for his ghost to finally show up inside our room. the worst was the final boss fight, it was so incredibly irritating! between the millions of psions & the knights spewing fire out the back of their heads, plus teleporting on top of you for instant death, it took twice the time to complete, when compared to the run we did 3 days ago. i must assume the the "fixes" were removed or became invalid after the background maintenance. it just didn't feel like the same dungeon, or was this intentional? i read over the updated patch notes, & i can only say that the things mentioned did not match the reality of what we experienced. does anyone else have thoughts on this, or has experienced a similar run?
