Hi, there's no way to contact anyone in Bungie for help.. really annoying. Steam brushed me off immediately and told me to contact Bungie.
I purchased D2 Beyond Light Deluxe that is supposed to give me Seasons 12-15 and I have no access - the game tells me to buy silver. Did I just waste a whackload of money????

Looking at your account, records show that purchased the Beyond Light Deluxe Edition on Steam and logged into the game before activating Cross Save with your PlayStation account. As a result, your Season Passes were applied to your Steam characters. Unfortunately, once Season Passes are applied to accounts they can't be shared, transferred, or refunded.
