I've explained it in the video. I can not access the tangled shore. The game says that my quest inventory is full when it is not. I believe this was when I created a new character then started the "Great Hunt" quests on the moon, before finishing the "Last Call" campaign quest on the Tangled Shore. After you meet Crow while saving Osiris on the moon, it teleports you to the Tangled Shore where you pick up your Lure. After that point, I noticed that I couldn't access the Tangled Shore, or start the "Last Call" campaign quest.
