Hello, My Essence of Rage quest is bugged because the yellow bar Thrall, Shun'gath the Excised (https://youtu.be/VWmpAahipRA?t=91), is not spawning on PS4. I can't complete the quest, which means I can't get One Small Step (required for the Harbinger title). I've tried reloading multiple times, but the enemy just won't spawn. I've read several YouTube comments from a year ago saying that they have the same problem. I don't know what to do.
