Can't Activate Dead Exo in Creation, Exo isn't there.
I activated it awhile back but was wondering why my Triumphs was missing one. So i went back through it and determined it either didn't count or is glitched out.
I've rebooted a few times since then, Verified the Integrity of Game Files (Steam) and I'm considering a full un/reinstall. I would try with another character but they aren't high enough into the campaign to get past the Stasis Locked Areas, which Creation is.

I thought it counted but now it seems I am missing it. UPDATE I started the new expansion with an other character and when visiting a lost sector, I saw that there was available for scanning a dead exo. I scanned it and it credited the one missing. I don't know if it just randomly happen to be available for scanning again or it was due to the different character but it is worth trying visiting every exo location with an other caracter.
