Hello,
Just this morning, I got a warning that my account has been experiencing consistent connection issues, which may affect my future ability to play matchmade activities. When I have network issues, my most consistent error code is "Bee," which seems to be related to packet loss.
I know that the best way to try to improve my connection is to use a wired connection for my console; however, this is not possible for me (the router is across the house and cannot be moved). I do however have the ability to purchase a wifi signal booster so I can improve the strength of my signal. Will this improve the situation with packet loss, or could this introduce other issues?
Side note: I have isolated a interference source where my microwave causes packet loss, so I am trying to eliminate any time where the two are running at the same time. This is the source of most of the connection issues I experience when playing.
I want to do my part to resolve this issue, so that all players can have an enjoyable game (including myself, believe me it's no fun for everyone to start freezing up and running into walls).
Thank you to anyone who can give their insight on this. I know that a wired connection is ideal, but it is impracticable for me to do so. I would also appreciate any other suggestions for improved my wifi connection. In the mean time, I will review other help guides and avoid Competitive crucible modes until I find a consistent solution.
Best!

Have you thought about using a moca adapter? I use actiontec adapter and it works amazing. https://www.amazon.ca/Actiontec-MoCA-Network-Adapter-Ethernet/dp/B088KV2YYL/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=Actiontec&qid=1607149843&sr=8-1 It allows you to run your internet through coax cable you already have in your house.
